Organoil's Hard Burnishing Oil is an internal finishing oil formulated solely from natural plant oils - the major component being pure unmodified Tung Oil. Formulated for minimal darkening or yellowing of the timber, Hard Burnishing Oil allows the natural colour and character of the timber to be revealed.

Suitable for use on bench tops, kitchen and laundry cabinets, table tops and bar tops. It is food safe when cured, and is suitable for use on children's toys, cots etc.

Hard Burnishing Oil is predominently used by wood turners, for on lathe or friction finishing of wood turned articles. Because it is a product which requires friction finishing, Hard Burnishing Oil may also be used on timber floors, providing the correct application procedure is followed, and the correct machinery is used.

When used on timber floors, Hard Burnishing Oil would not be considered a DIY product. It is best used by a professional flooring contractor who is used to sanding and finishing floors using a true oil.
