Osmo Maintenance Oil is for the initial and routine maintenance of oiled and waxed wooden flooring. Furniture can also be maintained using a lint free cloth.

Also suitable for changing the sheen of intact surfaces treated with Osmo Polyx®-Oil

Additional Advice:

While this is an Osmo product, it is possible to use it over other oil and wax floor finishes, however a trial application is essential to determine suitability.

Maintenance Oil is a renovation product. It's timely use can prevent major sanding and renovation work. However, if the existing surface is raw or badly worn, it should be sanded and finished with one of the Osmo Polyx®-Oils, rather than use Maintenance Oil.

A trial is always recommended first to determine suitability.
