Clear, microporous wood impregnation based on natural oils and waxes without biocides or preservatives. Osmo Wood Protector is suitable for all interior wood, for example wooden flooring made of wood species susceptible to blue stain(e.g. Pine), window frames and wood in bathrooms, as well as exterior wood, for which an absolutely ecological, biocide-free impregnation is desired, for example playground equipment and sandboxes.

Product Details:

• Coverage: Approximately 8 square meters per litre with one coat
• No of coats: 1
• Application: Good quality brush, short nap microfibre roller (6mm nap for 10cm rollers & 8mm nap for 25cm rollers) or by dipping. Coat the clean, dry and frost-free wood generously - if possible, on all sides.
• Osmo Wood Protector is not to be used alone. Within one week, a top coat (with an oil-based Osmo wood finish) should be carried out.
• Drying time: 24 hours
• Storage times: 5 years unopened, 1 year once opened

Additional Advice:

Wood Protector will darken the timber (wet effect). Therefor is not recommend to apply a base coat for 3044 RAW, 3041 Natural and 3068 Natural on light coloured timbers.
